East Visayan Adventist academy is where my 2 sibling graduated their high school. As the eldest i see them grow (i have only 2 siblings me and my brother has a 10 years gap) the number of teen now here in Tacloban is plenty so the public school here now is dense, this is also one of the worries of my mother if my siblings go to high school. Thank God one of my moms friend has a son that studying in this school (EVAA).

Academic Building
Located in San Sotero, Javier, Leyte, EVAA is an hour drive from Tacloban City or a 2-hour drive from Ormoc City. EVAA was established in 1992 and today, it still continues to mold and equip young people for service in this world and for the world to come. EVAA is also named as the Guardian of Truth. This is school is a boarding school that's why at such an early age the school helped my siblings to become independent and responsible. In the campus, they had to do their laundry which includes towels, bed sheets, blankets, etc. They had to iron their clothes. They had to manage their time and money wisely because their allowance comes only at the end of the month.

The system of education instituted at the beginning of the world was to be a model for man throughout all aftertime. As an illustration of its principles a model school was established in Eden, the home of our first parents. The Garden of Eden was the schoolroom, nature was the lesson book, the Creator Himself was the instructor, and the parents of the human family were the students." - Ellen G. White
