In Prag da gibt es ausser den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten auch ganz viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Prag ist eine sehr süße und salzige Stadt. Es gibt überall Fleisch und Süßigkeiten ohne Ende. Hier möchte ich dir ein paar weitere Impressionen von meiner Reise zeigen.

Im 18. Jahrhundert stellte der in Ruhestand getretene Graf József Gvadányi einen Koch aus Siebenbürgen ein. Dieser brachte das Rezept, welches dem ungarischen Kürtőskalács ähnelt und eine Art des Baumkuchens darstellt, nach Skalica mit. Ende 2004 wurde der Verein Skalický trdelník gegründet, dieser setzt sich für die richtige Herstellung des Gebäcks ein. This brought the recipe, which resembles the Hungarian Kürtőskalács and represents a kind of the tree cake, to Skalica. The Skalický trdelník association was founded at the end of 2004, which is committed to the correct production of the pastry.
