I have admitted previously on steemit that Foie Gras is one of my guilty pleasures, I even wrote an article about the [Best Foie Gras I have Eaten](http://ift.tt/2dobBEB), which was at Metis in Bali. - - - ## FOIE GRAS @ the W HOTEL http://ift.tt/2iHYcgg - - - As I have come to expect from the W, their food quality and preparation is always exceptional. When it come to Foie Gras, they didn't disappoint. The juicy steak-like pieces were straight from the pan onto my plate, and you can actually see the fat slowly oozing out of the pieces. I know its not very healthy but it tastes devine. - - - http://ift.tt/2iWYehO - - - The Foie Gras was seard on both sides, yet still soft and delicate in the middle and was only flavoured with a dash of raspberry jus, and a few sprigs of parsley. It was rich and sweet, and everything you want it to be. Many people like to serve Foie Gras with a fruity white wine or even sparkling, however I prefer to compliment it with a nice medium-bodied red. Simply superb...This particular dish was every bit as good as any I have eaten before, my compliments to the W, they never disappoint. http://ift.tt/2dDClUj **Click here to:** http://ift.tt/2cq9Q9r http://ift.tt/2iWKTpE
